The Opportunity
\nWe are looking for a solicitor or barrister (3+ PQE) to join our growing team and support our expanding caseload in healthcare regulatory defence.
\n
\nThis role offers high-quality, meaningful work within a flexible and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to take on real responsibility, contribute to case strategy, and develop your advocacy and advisory skills.

The Role
\nYou will:

\n\n

\n\t
• Assist with a caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, including fitness to practise proceedings
\n\t
• Prepare cases for hearing, including drafting witness statements, bundles and legal submissions
\n\t
• Undertake advocacy in interim order applications, review hearings and preliminary matters
\n\t
• Progress (depending on experience) to advocacy in substantive hearings
\n\t
• Liaise closely with clients and regulators throughout investigations
\n\t
• Provide clear, practical and high-quality regulatory advice
\n\t
• Work collaboratively with the directors on case strategy and preparation
\n

About You
\nYou will:

\n\n

\n\t
• Be a qualified solicitor or barrister with 3+ years’ PQE
\n\t
• Ideally have experience in regulatory or healthcare work (although this is not essential)
\n\t
• Have strong analytical, drafting and organisational skills
\n\t
• Be confident working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
\n\t
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to excellent client care and professional standards
\n\t
• Be motivated, proactive and interested in developing within a growing specialist firm
\n
