I’m working with a well-regarded law firm in Kent that’s looking to bring in an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal to join their established Court of Protection team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Private Client or Court of Protection work who’s looking for a role with real client involvement and responsibility.

nThe role itself
nYou’ll be part of a respected Court of Protection team, supporting on a range of matters and taking an active role in client care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers nt
- Managing client care from initial instruction through to file closure nt
- Handling the financial aspects of matters nt
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and firm information nt
- Supporting the wider team with duties as required n
There may also be occasional client visits, so some travel will be involved.
