Conveyancing Assistant - Wilmslow

\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a forward-thinking and modern law firm. 
\nYou will be working as part of a friendly, supportive team of 4, benefiting from working one-on-one with the Partner and head of the office.
\nThis role will see you supporting the conveyancing partner on a wide variety of Residential Property matters, gaining exposure to all aspects of the conveyancing process.

\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties
\n\t
• Maintaining and updating case management systems and records
\n\t
• Preparing and drafting documents
\n\t
• Compiling completion packs
\n\t
• Managing completions from start to finish
\n

\n\n

\nAbout You:

\n\t
• At least 1 year’s experience within a Conveyancing department
\n\t
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
\n\t
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
\n\t
