The arbitration group represents both claimants and respondents across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, insurance, oil & gas, energy, real estate, leisure, and major projects. One of the fastest-growing areas of their disputes practice is in Sub-Saharan Africa, where they are handling significant new instructions in both investor-state and commercial arbitration, alongside high-value High Court litigation.

The ideal International Arbitration Associate / Commercial Litigation Associate: 

\n\n

To support this growth, they are seeking an accomplished International Arbitration Associate / Commercial Litigation Associate and candidates with 3 to 6 years PQE will be considered to join their Africa-focused team.

\n\n

You will likely have a background including:

\n\n

\n\t
• Experience gained at a leading international law firm with a strong reputation in international arbitration.
\n\t
• A background acting for commercial clients or representing states in Sub-Saharan Africa.
\n\t
• Proven experience in High Court commercial litigation.
\n\t
• A track record of technical excellence, strong client relationships, and the ability to contribute strategically to the continued growth of their Africa practice.
