Key Responsibilities:
- n
- Prepare board meeting agendas and manage the collation of digital board packs
- Attend board and committee meetings, providing accurate minute-taking and action-point tracking
- Draft AGM Notices and related shareholder documentation for UK-listed entities
- Review annual report disclosures to ensure compliance with relevant corporate governance codes
- Maintain digital statutory books and records, ensuring all regulatory filings are submitted on time
- Manage Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) records and support major corporate events, including IPOs
- Conduct technical research on evolving legal, regulatory and governance matters

About You:
- n
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in a governance or company secretarial role
- Actively pursuing the CGI qualification (part-qualified)
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Law, Finance, History, English, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on advanced Word formatting
- Solid working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
- A curious, proactive and collaborative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
