An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to step into a Conveyancing Team Leader role with a progressive and modern law firm. The firm places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, career progression, and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
\nThe Role As a Conveyancing Team Leader, you will:

\n\t- Lead and supervise a small team of four, including both fee earners and support staff.
\n\t- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
\n\t- Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service while maintaining manageable file volumes (no more than 70 live files).
\n\t- Have the opportunity to get involved in commercial property transactions if you have relevant experience.

\nAbout You:
\n\n
\n\t- You will be a qualified Property Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.
\n\t- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate junior staff.
\n\t- Excellent attention to detail and client care skills.
\n\t- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

\n\t- Competitive salary depending on experience.
\n\t- 16% bonus on billing above target.
