The Role
Handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial mattersWork on M&A transactions, restructures, and joint venturesDraft and negotiate commercial contracts and key agreementsBuild strong client relationships and provide strategic adviceSupport business development and collaborate across teams
About You
3-5 years' PQE in corporate/commercial lawStrong M&A and contract drafting experienceCommercial, pragmatic, and client-focusedConfident managing your own caseload
