This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.

**What will I be doing?**
As an Assistant General Manager u2013 Cafu00e9 Boulud, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Cafu00e9, Inu2011Room Dining, Conference & Banqueting, and Kitchen operations. You will ensure the highest levels of quality, service, and financial performance, while maintaining the distinctive standards of Cafu00e9 Boulud and the Hilton luxury portfolio.
Lead and manage Food & Beverage service to consistently deliver exceptional quality in line with hotel, brand standards
Oversee the seamless flow of guests and service, ensuring effective coordination between frontu2011 and backu2011ofu2011house teams
Drive a commercial mindset within the team to maximise all revenue and sales opportunities
Ensure team members consistently embody brand standards and deliver intuitive, personalised guest service
Handle guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism, discretion, and a solutionsu2011focused approach
Oversee accurate financial transactions and operational controls during service
Manage team scheduling, stock control, and wastage to optimise efficiency and cost management
