Role Overview:
Leading our hospitality teams across catering, housekeeping, and laundry
Creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for residents and visitors
Delivering an exceptional mealtime experience that is person-centred and dignified
Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
Managing rotas, budgets, stock, and team performance
Driving continuous improvement through resident feedback
Skill & Experience:
Experience in hospitality management in a care home is desirable
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
A caring, positive, and hands-on approach
