This agency goes beyond traditional shopper marketing, delivering integrated campaigns across POS, retail environments, brand activations, and experiential. Known for its collaborative culture, strong creative output, and end-to-end delivery, the team focuses on understanding both consumer and shopper behaviour to create work that truly engages and drives results.

About the role...

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage key retail and FMCG client accounts, delivering end-to-end campaigns across shopper marketing, POS, retail activations, and brand campaigns. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing day to day...

• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact across retail and FMCG accounts
• Delivering integrated campaigns across POS, shopper marketing, retail toolkits, activations, and brand campaigns
• Owning project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborating with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

About you...

This role would suit an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has experience across shopper, retail, and FMCG, and enjoys delivering creative, results-driven campaigns.

What we’re looking for...

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a shopper, retail, or creative agency
• Strong experience working with retail and/or FMCG clients
• Solid understanding of shopper and consumer behaviour, particularly within retail environments
• Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• A collaborative approach and passion for working closely with clients and creatives
