Commercial & Procurement Manager (Interior Design Studio)

Interior Design Studio ( 70% administrative / 30% creative )

4 days per week (Mon – Thu) | Hybrid/Flexible

Type: Remote | £35,000-£40,000

Remarcable is a multi-award-winning interior design studio specialising in high-end commercial healthcare and luxury residential projects. We are a family-run, agile team that takes pride in delivering beautiful, functional spaces – and in making every project better than the last.

We are currently managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on detail, quality, and client experience.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded individual to take ownership of procurement, financial tracking, design support, and project coordination across the business.

This is a key role in the studio, working closely with the founders, CAD Planners, and Project Manager to ensure projects run smoothly, accurately, and profitably.

Key responsibilities

Project & Studio Operations

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
  • Coordinate logistics across multiple live projects
  • Keep internal and client-facing documents up to date
  • Support the founder with studio coordination and client queries

Financial Tracking & Commercial Control

  • Managing and updating project cost spreadsheets
  • Tracking budgets, margins, and spend across projects
  • Monthly bookkeeping reconciliation of company spend (credit cards, expenses)
  • Ensure all project costs are accurately recorded and aligned

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source products and manage supplier relationships
  • Place and track orders across multiple projects
  • Liaising with suppliers on availability, lead times, and logistics
  • Coordinate deliveries between suppliers, storage, and the site
  • Resolve product, delivery, or supplier issues efficiently

Design & Presentation Support

  • Prepare design presentations and sample boards
  • Assist with sourcing furniture, finishes, and interior elements
  • Create and update materials using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and operational skills
  • Experience managing a high amount of orders, suppliers, or procurement processes
  • High attention to detail, especially with finance and order tracking
  • Confident communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Software:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Task Management Systems ( we use Asana)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and finance tracking tools
