Events & Sponsorship Sales | High-Growth Marketing Festival Portfolio


We’re working with a fast-growing events business behind one of the UK’s most recognised marketing and advertising festival brands. With a strong reputation for delivering high-energy, commercially successful events, they’re now looking to bring in a Business Development Manager to drive revenue across their flagship portfolio.


This is a role for someone who knows how to sell into the events space and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing high-value partnerships.


What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business across sponsorship and exhibition revenue streams
  • Sell integrated partnership packages to brands, agencies, and tech vendors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new prospects
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through to negotiation and close
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to align commercial strategy
  • Attend industry events and build strong relationships within the market


What they’re looking for

  • Proven experience in event sales or sponsorship sales
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confident selling to senior stakeholders across marketing, media, and tech
  • Commercially sharp with a proactive, new business mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
