We have an exciting opportunity for a keen and passionate individual to join our growing business system team, primarily as a COINS support analyst. This is a maternity cover role for up to a year.
This role can be fully home based with occasional visits to one of our network of offices.
What you will do
- Provide COINS support, advice, and guidance for internal users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs
- Following policies and procedures for new starters and Leavers
- Setting up users (both in COINS and QUBE PM/SLM)
- Help document business processes and develop internal guidance notes and knowledge base
- Perform business analysis to understand and document technical requirements and design solutions
- Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
- Be part of ensuring that the COINS system is fully compliant with all aspects of legislation
- Working alongside and advising the Dandara internal/external IT support team where applicable
- Any other duties may be required by the demands of the role.
What you will have
- Have an in-depth understanding of the COINS ERP system
- Previous experience working with either finance, commercial or in a systems capacity
- Previous experience working in IT or part of an IT project
- Previous experience of supporting ends users with an ERP platform
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently and professionally with teams and people from all backgrounds
- Personable and comfortable explaining technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Excellent understanding of business process in a construction environment
- Preferable understanding of running small IT projects, changes, and improvements
- Comfortable making recommendations for change / enhancements
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Work and PowerPoint
