Contract: PermanentSalary: Offering an annual salary of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum depending on skills and experienceStep into a leadership role where you’ll shape the delivery of high-impact water and wastewater projects across the Thames Valley and London. As a Senior Project Manager within our Developer Services team, you’ll lead, inspire and develop a team of Project Managers driving best-value solutions across a diverse portfolio ranging from £250k to £10m+ projects for developers, infrastructure providers and transport authorities.

What you’ll be doing a Senior Project Manager
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where no two days are the same. You’ll balance office-based leadership with time on-site and with stakeholders, using your strong communication, problem-solving and people management skills to influence at all levels. If you thrive on delivering results, building high-performing teams and shaping how projects are delivered, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.This is a Hybrid role with 2 office days per week
