As Technology Integrations Lead at Essentra, responsible for critical integrations connecting internal & external business applications and digital services, you will be a passionate leader who thrives on delivering challenging projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will architect, implement, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of developers and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across the organization. You will define and continuously improve integration standards and patterns, working in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture colleagues and technical system experts, delivering and maintaining robust and flexible integrations which enable Essentra's business. The role will entail team both hands on development as well as management of, permanent team members and scaling based on demand with partners/contractors. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and be influential in driving integrations architecture patterns across Essentra.

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington or Jarrow office 2-3 days per week.
