Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the P&L, providing regular performance reports and insights.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high‑volume bar/restaurant.
• Strong track record managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Passion for craft cocktails, food, and hospitality, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
