We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead the delivery of engineering and hard services projects across a high-profile Broughton portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a small team and overseeing key project delivery within a technical FM environment.

The Role

As Head of Projects, you will oversee the successful delivery of 2 key engineering projects, while directly managing a team of 3–5 Project Managers. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high technical and compliance standards across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–5 Project Managers
• Oversee delivery of 2 flagship hard services / engineering projects
• Ensure full lifecycle project delivery from planning through to completion
• Maintain compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Drive commercial performance, cost control, and reporting
• Provide technical leadership across M&E / building services

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior projects role (Head of Projects / Project Director / Senior Project Manager)
• Strong background in hard services / engineering / M&E within FM
• Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsCommercially aware with experience managing budgets and performance
• Technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or building services (desirable)

• Salary: £80,000/ 90,000
