Position Summary
This role offers the opportunity to take control of a small but long-established business and lead it forward. The organization is small enough for a hands‑on approach, requiring strategic guidance across all areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and lead the business forward.
- Apply multi‑faced experience in signage and graphics – sales, account management and production.
- Deal with incoming inquiries, attend site visits and liaise with suppliers.
- Supervise, motivate and support staff, adopting a team approach and maintaining open communication.
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain outstanding communication skills internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the signage and graphics industry.
- Background in sales, account management and production.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience commanding both front‑line operational and strategic roles.
