Responsibilities
- Commercial Management
- Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
- Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies
- Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service
- Assist as necessary with supply chain management
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness in all aspects of print, litho and digital
- High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
- IT literacy and numeric capability
- The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes
- Ability to be a confident and an assertive individual
- Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities
