Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the UK sales function
• Lead, inspire and grow a team of up to 8 BDMs nationwide
• Build strategy, structure, culture and performance
• Work directly with the board to drive ambitious growth targets
• Recruit top talent and create a best-in-class sales environment
• Be the face of the business in the market

Package

• Base salary up to £120k+ depending on pedigree
