The Role

A forward‑thinking firm is seeking an Agricultural Solicitor to join its expanding presence in Oxfordshire. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the development of a new office, working within a well‑established wider practice while contributing to the growth of a regional offering. You will advise a range of rural clients including landowners, farming businesses and estates on a variety of agricultural and property‑related matters. The role offers exposure to high‑quality work, the opportunity to build strong client relationships and to play an active part in the development of the team and its client base. This position offers a balance of autonomy and support, allowing you to develop your technical expertise while contributing to a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with between two and four years’ post‑qualification experience, ideally with exposure to agricultural or rural work. Candidates with strong sector knowledge or a genuine interest in agricultural matters are encouraged to apply. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service. A willingness to get involved in business development and contribute to the growth of a new office will be important.
