Senior Court of Protection Solicitor
Take the lead on complex Court of Protection work within a highly regarded legal team, offering genuine flexibility and clear opportunities to develop your expertise. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Managing a complex caseload focused on Property and Affairs, alongside health, welfare, and social care matters
- Advising deputies and clients on legal issues arising from personal injury or clinical negligence cases
- Representing clients and providing advocacy in Court of Protection hearings
- Building strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to develop new work
We're looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
- Confident advocacy skills and experience attending hearings
- A client‑focused approach with strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with an interest in contributing to team growth
