Senior Court of Protection Solicitor

  • Advising deputies and clients on legal issues arising from personal injury or clinical negligence cases
  • Representing clients and providing advocacy in Court of Protection hearings
  • Building strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to develop new work

We're looking for:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
  • Confident advocacy skills and experience attending hearings
  • A client‑focused approach with strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in contributing to team growth
