About the role

As the Key Account Director / Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Giant’s contractor population through the development of strategic recruitment agency relationships. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major recruitment groups while also providing leadership and direction to the wider sales team.

This role combines strategic account development with sales leadership, ensuring the team is focused on building strong recruitment agency partnerships that generate contractor referrals and support the continued growth of Giant’s services.
