They are now looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer to join their in-house legal team in London.
The role:
- Managing a portfolio of complex financial disputes from pre‑action stage through to resolution and enforcement
- Acting on defendant litigation, including claims involving guarantees and other forms of security
- Drafting and negotiating settlement arrangements and related documentation
- Overseeing costs, recoveries and high‑volume caseloads with a commercial mindset
- Instructing and managing external counsel where appropriate
- Contributing to internal process improvements and knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the team
The ideal background:
- 3–5 years’ PQE (UK‑qualified)
- Solid experience in financial litigation or dispute resolution
- Commercially astute, confident and detail‑oriented
- Pragmatic, resilient and solutions‑focused in approach
