We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Senior Manager – Operations Development & FP&A to support the continued growth and operational maturity of the Group.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting both Finance and Operations in a fast‑paced, international environment. The role will play a key part in strengthening planning processes, improving the quality of Board and management reporting, and enhancing operational visibility across the organisation.
Working closely with the CFO and COO, this position will contribute directly to strategic decision‑making by providing clear, data‑driven insights on financial and operational performance. The role also offers the opportunity to shape and improve key processes as the business continues to scale.
What are we looking for?
As a Senior Manager – Operations Development & FP&A, you will be able to:
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long‑term planning cycles.
- Build and maintain robust financial models linking operational activity with revenue and cost drivers.
- Work closely with business and functional leaders to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with Group priorities.
- Monitor performance against plan, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform scenario analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Prepare and coordinate Board and Executive Committee reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Support the COO with portfolio and operational analysis across business lines and geographies.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and decision‑making materials.
- Develop and track operational KPIs focused on capacity, productivity, and efficiency.
- Analyse workflows and resource allocation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design and implementation of practical, data‑driven operational improvements.
- Work closely with Operations leadership to align resource planning with business demand and growth.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring consistency in planning and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and management information.
- Support improvements in data quality, accessibility, and reporting processes across the Group.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, business performance, operations finance, strategy, or consulting roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience preparing Board‑level or senior management reporting.
- Demonstrated exposure to operational performance, productivity analysis, or process improvement.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance preferred.
- Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Hands‑on Ownership: Takes full responsibility for outputs; comfortable working in the detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to structure complex data.
- Understands the operational drivers behind financial performance.
- Able to present clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
- Delivers high‑quality work with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
