Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand the client’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Set and monitor objectives for the sales team, providing coaching and performance management to exceed sales targets.
- Lead the sales cycle from planning through closing, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively at all organisational levels, both internally and externally.
Candidate Profile
A proven senior sales professional with experience in the printing, packaging or paper sector. You must have a strong business sense, a demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, and a history of achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Dynamic, energetic, passionate and eager to bring fresh ideas to improve company turnover. Prior experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager is essential.
