Commercial Finance Business Partner Stoke-On-Trent

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll lead FP&A using forecasting, modelling and data insight to shape strategy, improve profitability and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Deliver insight‑led reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, profitability and growth
• Build KPIs and generate actionable commercial insights
• Analyse and manipulate data to support decision‑making
• Drive reporting automation, systems improvements and data quality
• Support audits, ESG reporting and key finance initiatives
• Lead cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is preferable, but part‑qualified with strong practical experience will be considered
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Proven FP&A experience across forecasting and budgeting
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience improving systems, processes and reporting
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills

£60,000 basic salary + bonus (non‑contractual)
