We are representing a forward-thinking Local Authority in the North West of England seeking a Principal Property Lawyer to manage their busy caseload. This isn’t just “business as usual”; you will be the legal architect behind major urban regeneration and complex, often high-value, property-related disputes for the Council.

The Brief

• Lead on complex development agreements, high-value acquisitions, and strategic disposals.

Ideal Candidate

• A Senior qualified UK Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a proven track record in Public Sector Property Law.
• Someone who thrives on autonomy and can hit the ground running from Day 1.
• A natural communicator who can translate “legalese” into actionable advice for non-legal departments.
