Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a UK‑wide team of Technical Sales Advisors.
- Set performance expectations and support individual development.
- Oversee technical support across biological control, IPM and pollination.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM usage.
- Support account growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Act as the link between the technical sales team, senior management and international specialists.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Represent the business at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within technical horticulture.
- Strong technical understanding of biological crop protection and IPM.
- FACTS and/or BASIS certification desirable (training available).
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
- Ability to motivate, develop and inspire technical teams.
