We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen our Civil & Structural team and take a lead role in delivering high‑quality infrastructure design across a range of projects.

If you’re confident in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, and you enjoy supporting and developing junior engineers, this role could be your next step.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver infrastructure design packages
  • Manage small project teams and support multidisciplinary delivery
  • Prepare, review and check calculations, drawings and technical models
  • Review subcontractor drawings for technical compliance
  • Support tenders, fee proposals and project reporting
  • Bring forward practical, sustainable design solutions
  • Mentor engineers, graduates and apprentices

What You’ll Bring

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered or nearing Chartership (ICE/CIHT/IHE etc.)
  • Strong experience in drainage, earthworks, SUDS, pavements and utilities
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of S38, S278, S104 and UK adoption standards
  • Solid understanding of British Standards and current design guidance
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Security‑clearance eligibility
  • Bonus: Experience with Microdrainage/Infodrainage, Revit or Bentley MicroStation
