Ready to take the lead in your career? Strap in and accelerate into your next role as a Senior Digital Product Manager in our electric motorsport mission!

The Role

Are you a digital strategist looking to move beyond a traditional product roadmap into the fast-paced world of electric racing? Formula E is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to help define, shape and optimise the digital ecosystem that connects fans to the future of motorsport.

In this role, you’ll go beyond managing platforms; you’ll play a key role in shaping the fan experience, ensuring each digital touchpoint, from ticketing to live race engagement, supports growth and meaningful engagement, while exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance personalisation and performance across the ecosystem.

Sitting within the Marketing function, you will act as the bridge between technology, commercial objectives and the fan. You will be the primary point of contact for our world‑class technology partners (such as Google and Infosys), ensuring their cutting‑edge capabilities are seamlessly integrated to tell the story of Formula E.

  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap Ownership: You own the what. You will define the strategy and requirements for our evolving digital suite, building roadmaps that balance ambitious business goals with the high expectations of a global fanbase. By aligning Technology, Marketing and Business Intelligence, you ensure our digital products deliver maximum value at every turn.

  • Partner Integration & Innovation: You are the central hub for our tech partners and agencies. You will manage these complex relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery, leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to keep Formula E at the absolute forefront of digital innovation and storytelling.

  • Experimentation & Optimisation: You lead with a test‑and‑learn mindset. By driving ongoing testing programmes and deep‑diving into data, you will identify friction in user journeys and implement CRO strategies that measurably improve conversion and fan retention.

  • People Leadership: As a mentor and leader, you will manage a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and pace. You will empower your team to iterate quickly, move beyond assumptions and deliver world‑class digital propositions.

Qualifications

  • The Data‑Driven Strategist: You have extensive experience in digital product management within sports, entertainment or consumer‑facing industries. You don’t just follow trends; you use data and insights to inform strategy, with a proven track record of optimising end‑to‑end user journeys and driving measurable commercial growth.

  • The Collaborative Powerhouse: You are an expert at navigating multi‑stakeholder environments. Whether you are influencing senior leadership or collaborating with external global tech giants, your communication is clear and your ability to build trust is second to none. You thrive in agile environments where speed and precision are paramount.

  • The Fan Experience Advocate: You bring deep expertise in design thinking and user experience, with the commercial acumen to integrate sponsorship, data capture and revenue opportunities without detracting from the fan journey.

  • The Curious Innovator: You are naturally inquisitive and never satisfied with the status quo. You are an experimentation‑led leader who stays ahead of the evolving digital landscape, always looking for the next technological edge to elevate our platforms and keep our audience coming back for more.

Benefits

  • 25 days' annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave

  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event

  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app

  • Enhanced Parental Leave

  • Flexible Bank Holidays

  • Paid volunteer and carer’s leave

  • Cycle to Work and Electric Car Scheme

  • Formula E store discount

  • Regular social events and employee working groups
