Director of Religious Studies | The Role
As Director of Religious Studies, you will lead the planning, delivery and continued development of a knowledge‑rich RS curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
You will set the standard for excellent teaching, support colleagues to deliver purposeful lessons, and ensure pupils develop strong subject knowledge, critical thinking and clear written analysis.

Director of Religious Studies | Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy or a closely related subject

- Previous subject leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into leadership
