Our Work Experience Programme gives students an exciting opportunity to explore the world of work inside a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up. Over the course of one week you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across different teams, learn essential workplace skills, and discover career pathways you may want to pursue in the future. This programme supports Vitesse’s commitment to social mobility, early career development, and creating opportunities for students who may not otherwise have access to the industry.
Across the week you’ll spend time with teams such as:

Applications will be managed through the Vitesse Careers Page and processed via Workable. You can email your CV to workexperience@vitesse.io.

A letter of recommendation from a teacher or school representative.
This approach helps us select students who truly want to be here and will get the most value from the experience.
Our work experience programme has been designed to give you a broad introduction to the world of work - but the benefits go far beyond simple exposure.
You’ll spend time across multiple teams, giving you insight into how a modern technology‑driven business operates day‑to‑day. This helps you understand different career paths and what roles might suit you in the future.
Throughout the week, you’ll develop skills such as communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, professionalism, and confidence – the same core skills employers look for when hiring.
You’ll be surrounded by talented people across Technology, People & Talent, Customer Support, Commercial, Finance and more. You’ll learn through observation, mentoring, and hands‑on tasks where appropriate.
From shadowing meetings to completing a short end‑of‑week presentation, you’ll get a genuine feel for workplace expectations, tools, and ways of working.
Our programme is intentionally designed to open doors for students who may not otherwise have access to professional networks. We focus on fairness, equal opportunity, and supporting social mobility.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have a clearer sense of your strengths, your interests, and how you might want to shape your future career. You’ll also walk away with practical insights to support applications for future roles, apprenticeships, or further study.
Small cohorts ensure you receive personalised attention, support, and a high‑quality learning experience in a safe, structured setting.
We welcome applications from students from all backgrounds and are committed to making the programme inclusive and accessible. If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage, please let us know – we are happy to support you.
We’re excited to welcome the next generation of talent to Vitesse! If you’re curious, motivated and eager to learn – we’d love to hear from you!
