Help drive excellence as a Managing Agent Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support during the onboarding of new estates—summarising legal agreements and ensuring a smooth transition into our portfolio.
- Take charge of the safety certification process for third parties. Maintain rigorous records and escalates risks to ensure homes meet all regulatory standards.
- Process and challenge managing agent service charge invoices, ensuring payments are accurate and timely to drive value for money.
- Act as a key liaison between tenants and third parties. Handle Stage 1 complaints to resolution and ensure repairs are completed within agreed service levels.
- Maintain precise records within our housing management systems, ensuring all actions, legal agreements, and client details are documented accurately.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in property administration or housing management, with an understanding of service charges and safety compliance.
- Experience managing IT systems and maintaining high‑quality data.
- Experience in managing tenant enquiries and third‑party stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
- Experience in resolving complaints and monitoring contractor performance against SLAs.
