Responsibilities

Lead the development of the partnership business development strategy, focusing on high‑value, purpose‑driven corporate partnerships at the 6‑, 7‑, and 8‑figure levels.

Drive acquisition of new corporate partners and coordinate partnership activities across the organisation.

Line‑manage an experienced team of three Business Development Managers.

Qualifications

Proven experience securing new high‑value corporate partnerships at the 6‑, 7‑, or 8‑figure level from either a commercial or charity background.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving income‑generation growth through new business partnerships.
