Job Title: Luxury Packaging Sales Manager
Salary: £45k‑£60k basic (depending on experience) + bonus
Location: London (remote working considered)
We are seeking an innovative and creatively minded Sales Manager to promote bespoke luxury packaging solutions across fashion, retail, music, multi‑media, electronics and other luxury packaging users.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a sales strategy to drive new business growth
- Reach out and build lasting relationships with customers
- Hit KPIs
- Actively promote new products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within a print production and packaging manufacturing environment
- Experience selling to high‑profile luxury brands
- Self‑sufficient at sourcing new clients
- Commercially focused, disciplined, organised and excellent time‑management skills
- Solution driven, flexible and able to multitask
- Commitment to be part of a growing company
- Ability to build instant rapport with people
- Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with a can‑do attitude
