Our client is one of the biggest, and most respected businesses in Real Estate. GKR International have been their chosen recruitment partner for a number of years as we continue to help grow and develop their Sales function. We have been tasked with finding an experienced Project Sales Manager for one of their developments in East London.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
On Offer
- Basic salary upto £45,000
- £80,000+ OTE
