FP&A Manager | High-Growth AI / Tech Scale-up | London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed technology business operating in the AI-enabled space. The company is scaling rapidly through a combination of organic growth and acquisition, building a data-driven platform that is reshaping their industry.

As the business enters its next phase of expansion, they are hiring a FP&A Manager to join the Group Finance team and play a key role in shaping financial planning, commercial insight, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leadership, acting as a key partner to both finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A & Forecasting

Lead the group-wide budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, ensuring outputs are robust, well understood, and aligned to strategic objectives. Support long-range planning and scenario analysis as the business scales.

Commercial Insight & Performance Analysis

Own analysis of key operational and financial KPIs across the group, translating performance trends into clear, actionable insight to support leadership decision-making.

Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning, cashflow forecasting, acquisition analysis, and scenario planning across multiple business units.

Business Partnering

Work closely with operational, product, and commercial teams to understand performance drivers, evaluate initiatives, and support investment decisions.

Reporting & Insight

Deliver high-quality reporting packs and performance analysis for senior stakeholders, simplifying complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.

Process & Systems Improvement

Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and tooling to ensure scalability in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong FP&A background within a high-growth, tech, SaaS or subscription-led business
  • Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers, KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Confident communicator with experience partnering non-finance stakeholders
  • Hands-on, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced scaling environment
