About the Role
As an IT Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT operational services from suppliers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service quality, resolving incidents, and ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strong background in supplier/vendor management
- Experience in DevOps environments
- Ability to handle major incidents and escalations
- Familiarity with HP Service Manager (HPSM) is a plus
- Manage supplier-delivered IT services and ensure SLA performance
- Lead service escalations and drive issue resolution
- Ensure operational stability and continuous service improvement
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and risk teams
- Support release management activities when required
While London-based candidates are preferred, we may consider candidates from Leeds, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen depending on experience.
