The Senior Data Analyst position supports the delivery of standardised reporting, system administration, and operational planning capabilities across Shared Services. Working in collaboration with the Business Planning Group (BPG), this role helps implement consistent MI reporting, support system administration, and contribute to scalable capacity planning models. The position will also support the broader vision of operational standardisation and global alignment, enabling a future service model.
The Business Planning Group currently consists of four team members supporting the Sheffield Shared Service Centre, with scope expanding to include the US Shared Service Centre. The team’s core responsibilities include performance reporting, administration of shared service systems, and workforce planning. On a day-to-day basis, the team works closely with operational leadership to deliver actionable performance insights, using data to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality, and to enable informed, data-driven conversations across the organisation in the UK and globally.
