Asset Integrity Project Manager
Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a full‑time, permanent role. The position is based on one of their long‑term sites in the Bradford area, attending to all Asset Integrity needs of their client, with occasional travel to Head Office and other sites as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of a multi‑disciplined team including pipefitters, welders, laggers / thermal insulation engineers, structural steel engineers, steel fabricators / steel fixers.
- Attend daily meetings with client and other contractors.
- Order materials.
- Monthly invoicing / cost summary.
- Management of weekly timesheets.
- Arrange training.
- Approval of contractor invoices.
- Plan, arrange & schedule work scopes.
- Liaise with other company departments.
- Management of Health & Safety to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Create RAMS (Risk Assessments / Method Statements).
- Arrange site inductions for new starters or visitors.
- Maintain Asset Integrity Database Register.
- Recruitment.
Person Specification / Key Competences
Experience
- Experience of liaising with customers to resolve technical / engineering issues.
- Able to work closely with the shop floor.
- Health and Safety management.
- Experience with chemical, water, top‑tier COMAH or pharmaceutical sites (desirable).
Qualifications
- Driving licence.
- Relevant qualification in engineering discipline.
What's in it for you
Salary - Circa £55k
Hours of work - 7am to 3.30pm Mon‑Thurs / 6am to 1.30pm Fri (39.5 hours)
Holidays - 25 days plus statutory holidays, increasing over 3 years to 28 days plus statutory holidays.
Pension - Employer contribution 6%
