Your client is a longstanding, pioneering architectural practice that designs environmentally responsible buildings across civic, educational, hospitality, health and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in delivering all project‑related tasks from conception to completion.
- Assist with speculative design work and design development.
- Prepare high‑quality presentation materials.
- Produce and develop drawings, models and production information.
- Support the coordination, collection and review of consultant information.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Assurance Systems.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and office CDM project files.
Qualifications
- Suitably qualified and registered with the ARB (or eligible).
- Passionate about design with strong communication, digital and hand‑drawing skills.
- Working knowledge of Revit and experience on BIM projects.
