Low code / Power Platform Developer

IntaPeople are hiring for a Low‑code / Power Platform Developer to join a growing digital engineering team working on modern technology platforms. The role is part of a small, multidisciplinary team responsible for designing and evolving the platforms the business runs on. You will work closely with a senior low‑code lead and take end‑to‑end responsibility for features across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, from initial handover through to release.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end‑to‑end, including requirements clarification, technical design, build, testing, and release.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to turn unstructured conversations into clear specifications and user stories.
  • Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Write and maintain C# plugins and JavaScript where custom logic is required.
  • Produce clear technical designs and documentation that others can confidently build on.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contributors to coordinate delivery across workstreams.
  • Reuse patterns and components where possible to improve consistency and maintainability.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, design, build, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience with customisation, configuration, Business Process Flows, and security roles.
  • Strong Power Automate experience, including integrations with external systems.
  • Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
  • Ability to read and write C# and JavaScript in a Dynamics 365 context.
  • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • AI‑first mindset; you already use AI tools to think, build, and solve problems effectively.

Nice to have

  • Azure DevOps (or similar work‑management tools).
  • Deeper experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting.
  • Background in financial services or professional services environments.
