Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous optimisation of the Salesforce platform to support business objectives.
- Manage Salesforce releases, including impact assessment, risk mitigation, and user enablement.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using advanced Salesforce Flow techniques and best practices.
- Provide expert-level support and act as an escalation point for critical platform issues, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Develop and govern reporting, dashboards, and documentation to enable data-driven decision-making and support DevOps processes.
Required Experience
- Less than 5 years' hands-on Salesforce administration experience within an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and declarative automation (especially advanced Flow design).
- Experience with integrations, APIs, connected apps, and CI/CD or release management frameworks.
- Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred), with excellent communication skills.
