Position Overview

SC Cleared Programme Manager – Cybersecurity (Contract – Outside IR35; Mainly Remote with occasional UK visits)

We seek an experienced SC Cleared Programme Manager to oversee global, complex Cybersecurity programmes from strategy to delivery. The role requires Active UK SC Clearance, a PMP (or equivalent) certification, and a proven track record managing global, complex CyberSec programmes. Expertise in PM tools (MS Project, GSuite, Clarizen or Smartsheet) and experience presenting status updates to C-level stakeholders are essential. Knowledge of SASE, strong risk mitigation, financial/budget analysis, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global, complex Cybersecurity programmes from strategy to delivery
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans using PM tools
• Provide regular status updates to C-level stakeholders
• Ensure programme alignment with SASE and other security initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Active UK SC Clearance
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Proficiency with MS Project, GSuite, Clarizen or Smartsheet
• Executive stakeholder management
• Experience managing complex Cybersecurity programmes including SASE
• Global programme experience

Desirable Skills

• Hands‑on technical background
• Agile/Scrum certifications
