Senior Sales Administration Assistant
Our client is a globally operating organisation specialising in advanced technical solutions for professional training environments. They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Administration Assistant to join their established sales team.
The Role
This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales function, ensuring the efficient coordination of licensing, shipping, contracts, and customer administration. You will act as a key point of support across multiple operational processes, helping to maintain high service standards and smooth order delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage licensing requirements, including applications and ongoing follow-ups
- Coordinate shipping processes and prepare all required documentation
- Oversee sales contracts, including handling L/Cs, COOs, and COCs
- Manage invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments
- Administer commission payments
- Prepare and issue customer quotations, including freight cost calculations
- Conduct structured follow-ups on quotations
- Convert quotations into purchase orders within the internal system
- Issue purchase order acknowledgements
- Provide second-line customer support and respond to enquiries
- Support the wider sales and marketing function
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment
- Intermediate level English language and literacy skills
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or marketing role
