About The Role We’re looking for a Global Mobility & International Benefits Lead to help us build a clear, thoughtful, and practical experience for people working across different countries.
This role sits at the intersection of people, policy, compliance, and employee experience. You’ll lead on how we support international moves, cross-border working, and benefits for employees outside our core home market.
We need someone who knows the detail, but keeps things simple. Someone who can build good frameworks, give clear advice, and make these topics feel easier for employees, managers, and internal teams.
This is a chance to shape an area that really matters as we grow internationally. You’ll have real ownership, a broad scope, and the chance to make complex things feel clear and workable for people across the business.
If you’re someone who enjoys building sensible programmes, solving cross-border people challenges, and bringing clarity to complexity, we’d love to hear from you.
Kraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan, Australia, and USA.
