Waterloo Community Counselling is seeking a Clinical Services Manager

WCC is seeking a part‑time Clinical Services Manager (3 or 4 days per week) responsible for the recruitment, support and management of all counsellors and supervisors working at WCC.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, support and manage all counsellors and supervisors at WCC. Provide leadership and management oversight, ensuring a high level of clinical competence and inclusive, intercultural practice with diverse clients.

Qualifications

Counsellor/psychotherapist and qualified supervisor with a high level of clinical competence, inclusive, intercultural practice with diverse clients, and leadership and management experience.
