I am currently working with a Cambridge based business who are looking to recruit a financial controller. This will be a broad role, but the focus will be around business partnering and FP&A where you will be tasked to support the main goal of driving growth.

Key experience required

• Preparing monthly financial statements and analysing variances between actual and forecasted results, cost accounting & control.
• Developing the strategic plan, annual budgeting, inventory and managing fixed assets.
• Strong business partnering and management accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and good costing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
