The Role

• We're looking for an Analyst on our investment team. We're a small team, so you'll be exposed to every aspect of investing, from sourcing and diligence to driving the investment through our Investment Committee, negotiating investment terms, and supporting post‑investment.

Responsibilities

• Dealflow: Manage inbound pitches from companies, select the ones you want to progress to diligence calls and lead them through our Investment Committee.
• Due Diligence: Crafting due diligence materials and investment memos to support the investment team on potential new investments.
• Market Research, Report & Blog Writing: On technology and SaaS sales topics.
• Meetings: Join the investment team in internal and external meetings.

The Person

• London‑based (hybrid role with occasional travel to in‑person events in these areas)
• Entrepreneurial
• Hard‑working.
• Humble, self‑aware and thoughtful
• Have a track record of thinking outside of the box
• A critical thinker who can make decisions
• Desire to work in a dynamic organisation with ambitious objectives
• Hustler mentality: a self‑starter who isn't afraid to make and execute new suggestions
• Not afraid to challenge other team members and also be challenged
• Bonus: experience working in and around start‑ups

The Opportunity

• It's rare to be an entrepreneur with a 7‑figure exit, let alone to achieve that twice. You will have the opportunity to be amongst a team of Founders and Operators who have done it several times, generating more than £500m in revenue for their companies. You'll learn how they evaluate businesses and get their mentoring support.
